These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Harm Enterprises website and our SMS/text-messaging program. By using the site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. Harm Enterprises is a solar-project consulting practice based in Alameda, California. SMS messaging program
- Program. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by texting our number or confirming consent), you agree to receive SMS text messages from Harm Enterprises related to appointment scheduling, project updates, reminders, notifications, and customer-service replies you request.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and then send no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email inquiries@harm.org.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary and can change without notice.
- Privacy. Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Use of the site and services
The site and our consulting materials are provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
No warranty
The site and messaging program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harm Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted here with a revised effective date.
