Alameda, California
Solar project consulting for residential systems, mobile power, and practical vehicle-based installations.
Independent solar consulting
Harm Enterprises supports solar work where the design has to survive actual use: homes, garages, outbuildings, trailers, and RV electrical systems. The focus is on clean planning, component fit, serviceability, and owner-ready handoff.
Services
Project scoping, system review, site constraints, installer coordination, and practical owner guidance.
Solar, battery, charging, inverter, and load planning for mobile systems that need to be maintainable.
Certified Enphase installer support for system planning, field review, troubleshooting, and commissioning context.
Second opinions on proposals, component choices, wiring approach, upgrade paths, and readiness to build.
Current work
Current work centers on an RV build: rooftop solar integration, onboard storage, charging strategy, inverter loads, and the balance between compact packaging and clean service access.
Array layout and roof constraints
Battery, inverter, and charging architecture
Commissioning, testing, and owner documentation
Credential
Certified Enphase installation experience informs system reviews, install planning, and troubleshooting conversations for projects using Enphase equipment.
Enphase systems
Enphase microinverters convert DC to AC at each panel, which supports panel-level monitoring, fast troubleshooting, and built-in rapid shutdown behavior when installed to spec.
Enphase IQ Batteries use lithium iron phosphate chemistry and an AC-coupled architecture. For the IQ Battery 5P, Enphase lists 5.0 kWh usable capacity, six embedded grid-forming microinverters, and up to 3.84 kW continuous output at 240 V.
